Pack your unit carefully using sturdy box and at least 2 inches
of packing material around your unit (double boxing recommended).
Print out our Shipping Form and insure your package.
Upon receiving your unit we would contact you with the estimate
of the repair or you could pre approve the repair if you already
know the average repair cost. Diagnostic fee might apply for some units.
Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and personal or Company Checks.
Warranty:
All repairs are warranted for 90 days parts & labor on serviced performed
only not on entire unit. This warranty does not cover any abuse, liquid or
lightning damage.
Shipping Policy
Shipping rates are estimates only and may vary by carrier, ship to location and weight of package. Delivery times are estimated, actual in transit time may vary depending on the ship to location, availability of product and policies and/or guidlines established by the shipping carrier. Hi-Tech Electronic Services, Inc. is not liable for any delay in shipment. Please refer to shipping carrier for additional information.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Hi-Tech Electronic Services, Inc. and/or its respective suppliers be liable for any damages caused by any product or service, or the failure of such product or service to perform; Including but not limited to loss of use, lost profits, loss of data, lost savings, or any other special, punitive, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, whether or not advised of the possibility of such damage.
Extended Warranty:
If your unit is under extended warranty please contact the extended warranty company and obtain an authorization for repair prior to schedule an in-home service call or sending the unit for service.
