Hours of operation:
Monday - Friday  9:00 am to 5:30 pm
Saturday            10:00 am to 2:00 pm
Sunday           Closed

A non - refundable Diagnostic fee of $45.00 is required on most units for out
of warranty service and will be applied toward the labor.

Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and personal or Company Checks.

Warranty:
All repairs are warranted for 90 days parts & labor on services performed
only not on entire unit. This warranty does not cover any abuse, liquid or
lightning damage.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Hi-Tech Electronic Services, Inc. and/or its respective suppliers be liable for any damages caused by any product or service, or the failure of such product or service to perform; Including but not limited to loss of use, lost profits, loss of data, lost savings, or any other special, punitive, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, whether or not advised of the possibility of such damage.

Extended Warranty:

If your unit is under extended warranty please contact the extended
warranty company and obtain an authorization for repair prior to schedule
an in-home service call or sending the unit for service.
